مُتَوَتّر \ taut: (of rope, wire, etc.) tight. tense: (of a person, muscles, nerves, etc.) stretched or excited, in readiness for sudden action or trouble; (of conditions) close to violence or danger: I’m always tense before a football match. It was a very tense moment. \ مُتَوَتّر الأَعْصَاب \ highly strung: nervous and excitable.
